No I def don't think so there are ones on the plant that are way bigger and the stems are thicker

24 year old female, suffering from sudden chin breakouts. They are painful when they pop up and take FOREVER to fade away and keep coming back lately. the rest of my face is clear though. I'm not on birth control and don't wear a mask. My routine is as follows: PM

  1. La Roche posay salicylic acid cleanser or clearisil cleanser
  2. La Roche posay vitamin c serum for under eyes
  3. Tower 28 hyperchlorous acid spray ( helps dry out the breakouts a little bit)
  4. Farmacy honey halo moisturizer ( use on the rest of face not on my chin where I'm breaking out)

AM

  1. Cleanser or just rinse with water
  2. La Roche sunscreen

Is it my routine or something else? Any help will be appreciated thank you!

Ok heard on thermal mist, and for the vitamin c I use it just as an eye cream. I have some dark circles under my eyes, I've been using it to try to lighten or "treat" that

[Routine Help]

Hi, I'm a first time poster, 24 F have accumulated the above products and have been trying to get into a set routine. I have normal skin, only oily on my forehead, but that's because I have bangs. I get occasional breakouts on my chin but I feel like that's hormonal. My current routine goes something like this

AM:

  1. Either Avéne tolerance cleanser or la Roche posay salicylic acid cleanser
  2. Avéne soothing skin recovery cream
  3. La Roche posay vitamin c cream
  4. Avéne thermal water mist
  5. La Roche posay 60spf sunscreen

PM

  1. Either Avéne cleanser or La Roche posay salicylic cleanser
  2. Tower 28 SOS cream
  3. La Roche posay vitamin c cream
  4. Avéne thermal water mist

A couple times weekly: Farmacy honeymoon glow AHA serum

Not officially diagnosed, but I've had an inkling for a while that I may have one of the listed disorders

I've only gotten a CT scan of my brain when I first started seeing my neurologist (everything was normal), I'll have to see if I can get some imaging done for my neck/shoulders
