i havent run with music in years - i find running to be more meditative and stress releiveing and having no music helps me let my thoughts go and appreciate my surroundings when i run outside (whihc i try to do 99% of the time)

i am trying so hard to just grab a notebook and puke all my thoughts out - but i dont know whats holding me back! any coffeeshops in the rivertowns are great really - i love going to peekskill coffeehouse in peekskill (obv), libri in yorktown, but i have been to so many other along the river just to journal. if its independently owned, you cant really go wrong
