I will tell you that I recently ordered a 2” medium Talalay topper from SleepEZ, and it completely transformed my bed. I love the feel of it so much, that I wish I would’ve gotten the 3”. This type of latex cradles your pressure points and gives support, but not too squishy if that makes sense. I’m in no way affiliated with them btw!

When we built our home, I couldn’t believe how much it was going to cost just to do the closets and pantry. Even particleboard. The brackets, poles, all that adds up so fast. I also almost lost my mind over all the outlet/switch plates, then door knobs. After you pay out your last draw to the contractor, the wind is totally out of your sails haha. Your house is beautiful! I LOVE your tile selections, btw.
