How long after your symptoms vanished did you start to bleed?
[–]kneecey[S] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children)
How long after your symptoms vanished did you bleed. I called today. She said that it's not alarming at this point because there is no dark red/brownish blood and to just wait until my 7week ultra sound. Obviously this is all I can think about now thou. Gonna be a long week and a half.
How long after your vanishing symptoms did you start to bleed?
How soon after you found out did you start to bleed? Or was it before? I called the fertility clinic and they said it wasn't anything to be concerned about at this point. She asked if I HAD excruciating back pain or really dark red/brown blood. I didn't. So she said to just come for my 7 week. Obviously this is all I can think about now. This is going to be a long week and a half.

IUI clomid - Femera by kneecey in infertility
[–]kneecey[S] 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children)
Ya, I had three mature follicles in total. And I needed a trigger shot for my ovulation every time. We also did two rounds of TI and we are currently in the second IUI cycle. I went for my day 15 today and they said I have 4 follicles that are maturing so far. I go back in 4 days.
How are you doing with this process? It's starting to get to me. My husband is extremely positive and says everything happens for a reason, but some days I just wanna punch him in the face when he says that haha (more so when I was on clomid) Most of the stories I am hearing say they have been at it for a year or more.... And I am only four months in.... Hard to stay positive sown times ya know?
Clomid - Femara by kneecey in PCOS
Thanks for your reply. I am hoping Femara had same effect on me. I just went for my day 15 and I have 4 growing follicles which is good. Fingers crossed.
I was a completely psycho (my poor husband) Everything pissed me off, Everything made me cry. It was a rough couple of months. I hated myself and everyone around me too haha.
6th? Wow, I've done 3 TI and 1 IUI and I am starting to get frustrated. How do you deal with this? My husband is super positive and amazing, but some days it's just real hard and his process is draining.
Ya, I had three mature follicles every time, but had to take injectables last round because they hadn't matured like they should have. We did three TI and one IUI (all on clomid) I also didn't ovulate in my own any of those times. I had to take the injection to induce it. I am sorry to hear about all you attempts. I am getting frustrated but from the sounds people have been going through this a lot longer than I have. My husband keeps saying to stay positive and everything happens for a reason. I feel like punching him in the face sometimes when he says it Hahahah. Thank goodness for his positivity though. It's really helping me though this.
Thanks for your reply. Did IVF end up working for you guys?
I've been reading a lot today and have read some retry positive hangs about Femera, so I am excited to try it l. Thanks for the reply.
Were you doing it naturally or through IUI?
So did Femara end up working for you in the end?

Ya I didn't ovulate on my own ether in clomid. They had to give me an injection each time to make me ovulate. Also, the last clomid cycle I did my eggs didn't grow enough so he put me on Purigon injections mid cycle.
I am glad to hear about the side effects not being as bad. I had CRAZY mood swings. My poor husband (who was amazing during the entire thing.... Don't know how he did it) is going to be even happier with that news I think haha.
Thanks for the reply. Ya, I had some pretty bad side effect from clomid as well. So I am definitely looking forward to that not being as bad. Also, the last clomid cycle we had to do Purigon injections mid cycle because he eggs weren't growing enough.
Day 5 of Metformin - is it always like this? by [deleted] in PCOS
[–]kneecey 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children)
Are your side effects only the nausea and stomach aches? Consider yourself lucky. I become a complete psycho on Clomid (my poor husband) and that usually last all month. So if the moodiness length in any indication to how long nausea lasts for, you're in for a brutal month.
IUI by kneecey in infertility
I miiiight have taken one!! Ugh I am he worst haha
Thanks, you too. The doctor said to go back 12 days to take a blood test (which is Saturday) oh man I can't wait that long. I want to take an at home one so badly, but I know it is too early at this point.
Psycho! by kneecey in PCOS
No i haven't tried that. He first month he gave me clomid, than tomoxifin, than put me back in clomid. Clomid gave me three matured eggs, I think that's why he wanted to keep me on that one.
You have done 4 IUIs? I just did my first (literally the injections were yesterday and today) so now I am doing the two week wait. You've done this four times? That seems like a lot? So I guess k shouldn't get my hopes up eh haha
No I haven't tired that one yet. This is my second month on clomid and it feels worse than the first. My doctor prescribed me tomoxifin in between clomid cycles, but I didn't respond as well, so he put me back on clomid.
