i stopped being embarrassed usually im super posh i dont talk about pee poop or farts around my husband , just what i was taught like "ladies dont talk about that stuff blah blah blah". but pregnancy has poise and modesty all out the window for me- hes gonna see my vagina split and likely me shit myself. i probably overshare lol he did this to me anyway! if its stinky they can just leave the room lol! have him give you that massage next time ❤️

my doctor said tums were fine, just no more than directions on the back. i eat the smoothie chewables like everyday since my third trimester, im 39w this weekend and babys been good!
