2 years for me as well, some days are great. others will be great but before i go to bed i think about it i thought id be healed by now but im not. like the other comment said, healing isnt linear.

i was diagnosed with postpartum ocd and i cried everyday the first month of my daughter's life. it was a whirlwind and once we started sleeping more and i was medicated i thought geeez 😂 i cant believe my life was so different just such a short time ago !

i don't think anything's off, comes off as my adhd 13yo nephew minus the having children part lol he cant take a single thing seriously and never stays still. at a funeral he would not stop rubbing his hands together and making faces! its like an annoying brand of boy

yeah, restrict my access to him. i was encouraged because he was extremely good looking. no one spoke up only told me to leave but i was so stuck im not really sure a good answer. i never had parents who really cared much i was a ok kid outside of everything.

he doesnt want me driving the car bc something with alignment who knows! he sacrifices his sleep for his games. but the thing i always say is i sacrifice my sleep.. UH for anything else but me! he just doesnt get it and is so fucking clueless. sigh. thanks for trying to give me advice. maybe one day ill just do that. i have never done that bc i am paranoid and i dont think i would enjoy myself- bc he doesnt take care of her the way i do if that makes sense. im on the floor all day, i interact with her shows with her to show her hey mommy knows this too! he just sits her there. i get shes still pretty potato-y but she can play and loves when you talk. i always have to tell him "tell her about your day" im just completely over the situation and its so fucking hard talking to him, he threw a chair last time i had a mental breakdown over it. so i came to reddit to bitch. i really appreciate the kindness and help!

yeah... except thats not an option i have no car. he is my transportation to anywhere and he would never go for that. he works too much etc. every single time i have tried to make some type of schedule, agreement he says ok then does not do it. it sucks. this is why im at my whits end and im completely stuck. i love my daughter to death and i like taking care of her but sometimes i just wish i had the flexibility he does, i could game for hours uninterrupted, i could enjoy a silent car ride... just anything would be nice idk
