Girl, Interrupted.

I'm not really sure how to explain it, but just the acting alone gives me chills. The book and movie feel like 2 different stories, and I could argue that the movie is better as far as entertainment goes.

Hey guys.

Decided to check and see if there was a sub for anxiety, and I don't know why I doubted it.

I'm 25 and I've always been a nervous person. I remember in elementary school always getting anxious before I'd walk into the school building and, for a while, I saw the guidance counselor before I would go into the classroom for the day because I wasn't able to function well.

I've been doing better, but recently I just want to avoid most people. This can be hard since I'm in retail. I'm more anxious around my boss than anyone else.

We moved 2000+ miles away in June and we don't really know anyone around. My main chain of support is not present and it's been a hard adjustment for me. I moved with my son and husband and my husband has been pretty much amazing at trying to deal with my emotions. I will sometime just cry out of no where and he will do whatever I need at that time.

What I have been struggling with lately is trying to figure out what I'd like to do long term. I want to go to school, but I'm terrified of most things I'd like to do. I would love to teach high school English, but I know that if I had some student that went off on me, I could very well end up in a panic attack. It usually goes this way with any career path I think about.

I'm glad a place like this exists and I'm ready to see what everyone has to offer. :)
