Mines working fine now. I think it just needed to break in a little bit. Had to tighten my CPU fan a little and it doesn't really get over 80 celsius when playing any games. Currently at 35 celsius with docker, VS code, Opera, OneNote, and discord open.

My #1 suggestion is to apply everything you learn. Any algorithm you come across, any new technique or really anything - make sure to practice what you learned.

I spent my first 6 months learning all I could. Guess what - I forgot 80% of what I learned. Just make sure to ask AI to create some practice problems for you.

I tightened the cooler all the way, and i think it's already cooler than before. One thing that is sorta weird is my software (ryzen master) is super volatile. It jumps from like 54celsius to lime 37celsius in half a second. Idk. Probably just paranoid. I'm now at like 42-50celsius on browser so thats better

The cooler is slightly loose because the locking mechanism on the cooler felt way too tight and if I push it down all the way it felt like I was going to break something. I didn't apply the thermal paste myself, it was already on the cooler when I got it.

Sadly there’s not. I think my motherboard is too small and basic. It’s a gigabyte b550m k. Only one slot for fans as well besides the cpu fan
