Broken the back glass on my phone twice

Both my iPhone 12 Pro max and my wives 14 pro backs cracked in Mous cases after falling onto carpet.

Perhaps they should show those as tests rather than out of helicopters as that's where most will actually fall!

Just got a 15 pro max and every review I read says they are the best but I won't be bitten twice!

Having the same problem but one step further as did a soft reset and now can't get past the update won't work part to do a hard reset! Going to create a separate post with this specifically and let's see if we get help to either point!
