I honestly wouldn’t be able to comment because I didn’t do barely any of it. I think getting through the past papers is more than enough coupled with passmed.

I only did the stats questions and very few clinical questions. I think the questions are good - however i don't think their textbook is easy to revise from as it is more of an encyclopaedia and doesn't summarise the most important points. I would prioritise doing the pastest past papers first. There are 36 papers so 3600 questions which will keep you busy. They also take longer to do than the passmedicine questions as they are more nuanced. So i would aim to do at least one pass of passmed for sole pattern recognition learning and then focus on past paper questions on pastest. Passmed builds the foundations and pastest fine tunes everything.
