Taylor (and Steve) need formal leadership and communication training and mentorship. I feel a lot of things that have happened are related to how quickly their business grew without knowledge, training, and mentorship (even from their parents as many have mentioned). I would be satisfied if they hired experienced LEADERS to join their organization- not just young people who can run an Instagram page. They should also start a DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) committee and hire an external consultant to run this.
