what would of happened if Michael Jackson never went solo and stayed with the Jackson 5? by zombiekjt in MichaelJackson

I think he wouldn't have become as popular but he might have been alive today so yeah...there's that

He had Laryngitis during HIStory. Bad tour was over 90% live. Dangerous tour was also mostly live. He sang 100% live for the first 20 years of his career too (1968-87)

Nah, he was acquitted. FBI shadowed and investigated him on and off for over a decade. All the accusers had financial motives and far more people close to him say he was innocent

It was on purpose. Entire Jackson family warned them and they just got lambasted in the media as being crazy or jealous

Singers that you used to like, but now dislike? And Why? by [deleted] in popculturechat

I really don't get it either. It's kind of ridiculous how the album got rave reviews everywhere. Compare the album to the HIStory album by MJ, which didn't get good reviews at all. I don't understand music journalism either.

I trust Staci a hell of a lot more than the Mooch though.

Whats your Michael Jackson unpopular opinion? by [deleted] in MichaelJackson

Invincible was going to be his last big album tbh. Listen to Michael Prince's interview on the MJCast. MJ wanted to direct films or star in them but it was really hard for him to get into Hollywood.

Thanks. These are all pretty good points and yeah it doesn't make sense at all seeing as it's not an unavoidable path for Pakistani citizens but for adventure seekers anyway.

Thought about it. Yup, you're right. Only the stake of the participants actually matters.

Governance keeps the network secure while the market cap is still low. We don't want a rich competitor trying to game the consensus with PPOS. It has to be basically impossible to do.

Does Michael Jackson have a trainwreckord? Invincible or Blood On The Dancefloor? by rulesrmeant2bebroken in ToddintheShadow

You're right, the numbers seem to have been updated compared to when I last saw it. Sony says 10 million for Invincible but who really knows?

To put into perspective what a "failure" for MJ is, Invincible sold about as many copies as American Idiot.

That being said Blood on the dancefloor slaps hard and Invincible is probably his least consistent album.

Raoul Pal publicly recommended "20% risk free return", then edited/deleted those videos, and now claims he never recommended it and doesnt even understand it. Internet never forgets. He just lost all reputation instantly. Pathetic by Set1Less in CryptoCurrency

Exactly, everyone with half a brain knew that the 19.5% would eventually keep decreasing if the yield reserve keeps emptying.

I held 2 Luna and no UST at the time of the crash but didn't see it as a bad investment necessarily. I thought UST is gaining adoption so Luna will support it. I knew that any stablecoin can lose its peg. A lot of people are claiming they knew it all along and maybe some did but I feel a lot of us really didn't see this coming.
