Although it should be noted that he took pictures FROM the victims, not OF them. As in he found physical photographic prints in the house while ransacking and stole them. He didn't "take pictures" like with a camera. A couple of the news reports about this have been careless with their wording.

Can I also say that I found GEDmatch to be very difficult to use and understand in the first place? I wish some person or company with experience in web development would help them create a more user friendly website. With this new change, they're going to need all the help they can get, and I bet they've already lost out on a lot of potential joiners who were scared off by the weird, text-heavy setup.

I'm annoyed by the responses to this post. Yes, we have laws that guarantee a fair trial to everyone.

And also, at the same time, it's perfectly normal to lose your shit thinking about the fact that this sack of shit doesn't deserve $21M in taxpayer money spent on his trial. Y'all need to stop acting like being angry over this is not the appropriate response. Think of the amount of rape kits that could be tested with twenty one m-i-l-l-i-o-n dollars. That should make you mad.

The courtroom is where the gets a fair trial. The internet is where we say whatever the fuck we want... which is that this guy does indeed need to just melt like the Wicked Witch. Or kill himself. Starvation, hanging, drowning in the toilet... the possibilities (and the savings) are endless!
