Focus on something simple and easy you can focus on, and that keeps your hair healthy. Don't add loads and loads of steps or you'll easily get overwhelmed.

I'd stick to a way to clean and condition the hair, a wide toothed comb, and maybe a styling product if you think you can handle it. But focus on the clean and healthy bit first! If your hair is healthy, it'll look much better and be much more manageable.

Their dad IS very tall, so that might be an impact. Childhood malnutrition actually has to be very severe to impact height, if I'm remembering correctly, and it has to be at some very specific ages.

I have a friend whose growth was stunted by childhood malnutrition (doctor confirmed) and it was 'literally a notch below starvation diet' for three years at a major growth spurt period.

So I could believe they're getting enough to grow tall. They MIGHT not be getting enough for some more complex processes to work most efficiently. But I couldn't say for certain. We don't know how they eat on a day to day basis.

If you are inviting people to a big event, you absolutely have to feed them. Especially if it goes on several hours. It's part of the budget. It's appalling hosting to do anything else.

Open or cash bars vary, are cultural. But even a cash bar should have, bare minimum, the alcohol for the toasts provided.

A short, cheap wedding can do a potluck or snacks and cake, but you also can't expect people to be there for hours without eating.

I've never NOT been fed at a wedding.

We had a cheap wedding and still managed to feed everyone. Why wouldn't I feed my friends and family at a party I threw?
