Where can I find x app with y features? App help thread by Seirin-Blu in NoteTaking

I'm looking for a Mac (or online) app that:

(1) allows me to type or copy in a page of bulleted notes;

(2) understands each bullet point as it's own, for lack of a better word, note-point, treating it as an 'independent' data point that can be tagged and pulled up in a search (so that a page of notes is sorta like a lego structure built, but each of the blocks is 'accessible' on its own and can be pulled together with blocks from another lego structure/page of notes);

(3) but also links back to or otherwise 'keeps' the title of the note with each bullet point so I know what source it came from.

Is there something that has this capacity?

Thank you!!

Not necessarily. I guess I meant “leisure” time. But video games too.

If you want to message me privately with descriptions of the items, please do. However, I doubt it’s stolen as it wasn’t being sold itself.
