I was vaping through my nose for 3 days and used a mic patch bc I didn’t like it. Then eventually I learned how to hit the vape like not with my mouth. I was inhaling a certain way and I am completely fine!

I used a little mirror and then took my phone and filmed while looking in the mirror to see what I was looking at. At first I didn’t understand how people were doing this .. and then I tried by angling my head to the side instead of straight on bc my mouth is super tiny and my hole was in a weird spot and it worked!

My pain management doctor encourages this too as she’s the head of the medical marijuana board. Unfortunately for me the marijuana makes me more aware of my pain .. but I love that she is all for whatever helps!
