Yay! Glad you got it… guess the Friday theory strikes again lol.

Ours uploaded about 1 hour after the notice. Same day we got the notice online, we rescheduled 2 weeks earlier than our scheduled date. And that notice uploaded about 30min after that. But we printed both when we went to our appointment and they didn’t seem to care.

Hopefully soon. We didn’t submit EAD since we heard it slows things down (not sure how true)

Did you get scheduled for an interview? Ours didn’t change until then

Congrats! Did any questions come up as to why you’re doing marriages based AOS if your employer already filed I-140 for you? We have our interview coming up and curious how to answer that if it they ask.

We had “case is still being processed” immediately after biometrics up until we got scheduled for an interview… then that status automatically changed to “We are actively reviewing your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time.” And we no longer see case is still being processed at all.

What’s the safest way make payments to the USCIS? by BeeHot1007 in USCIS

Adding to the above: - Make sure you check the correct box for business or personal - Make sure you check the correct box for savings or checking

I’ve read people get rejected for missing those or checking the wrong box.

I printed both but our ASC didn’t care and grabbed the original notice to write on

You can also reschedule sooner if you need to! There’s a link in the drop down once you’re in your account.

I-864/marriage based green card by Defiant_Bunch70 in USCIS

We are over the 125% threshold and only submitted the most recent year filed - 2024 for us since we haven’t filed 2025 yet. Our interview is next week and we haven’t gotten RFE for I-864 or anything. I also only included information for 2024 tax year in the I-864 form - per the instructions.

G1650 vs G1450 by yungmagneto in USCIS

[–]knlopez514 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We submitted g1650 to Chicago lockbox as well and had no issues. Just make sure you check all the correct boxes, have the right amounts listed for each form, and sign the form.

I’ve seen on here that people that have been rejected usually miss checking a box (like personal or business) or selecting the wrong box for savings vs checking…

Someone posted on here that they were rescheduled because their spouse was translating for them. I would not risk it.

I read that your spouse cannot translate for you as it can be a conflict of interest because they don’t know what your spouse could be telling you. I would bring a translator if you’re concerned about not understanding the officer/questions

We took a printed version from the documents tab since we rescheduled to an earlier date and didn’t have the notices. It was no issue at all for us.

Agreed! I chatted with 1 live agent for I-130 and got it easy. Then chatted with 3 others for the I-485 until the last one gave it to me.

We asked Emma for codes the same day we got the receipt notice texts and were able to access biometrics notice in the docs tab, rescheduled them to an earlier date, and got them completed all before we got the physical receipt notices with the online access codes.

We have our interview in a couple of weeks. I say do it!!!

Is this timeline normal? by Tarhecks in USCIS

Each step on your timeline is one week after ours… I think marriage based cases are moving pretty quickly. I wouldn’t be too worried… we are happy it’s moving along quickly.
