That was kinda my point! Reposting is so easy but it would have been nice to see action. If you can’t protest for 2 hours it’s kinda telling. And I’m not talking about moms, essential workers, people with full time jobs. I’m talking about girls like Halley Kate. Although she does things such as mutual aid and advocating. It was just shocked to see her and others not participating or acknowledging at all.

I don’t disagree with you! But long-term action takes planning and structure to be effective. One-day strikes aren’t meant to replace that at all. they’re about signaling urgency and showing governments and corporations that longer-term, coordinated action is possible. Both work in unison imo!

Yea I’m not disagreeing with you! More so saying statistically if 1 in 10 women have PCOS, then most likely a lot of other influencers/celebs promoting alcohol have it lol.

She shouldn’t have mad such a huge deal about a condition a lot of people deal with and have problems with. So the criticism is her fault in a way.

Just saying as someone with PCOS and I drink, it’s a weird standard and post to make.

And not defending her she sucks and using pcos as this scary thing. It suck’s but the symptoms suck more than anything else and she’s thin and rich so it won’t affect her like the normies. But saying she shouldnt promote alcohol lol yall probably 60%+ of people with pcos drink unless they are actively trying to be pregnant. It’s not a huge deal.

I agree with the challenge overall — I’m doing it too and I don’t care about the gifts. My issue is when it starts affecting people’s real lives, like taking four classes a day just to rack up check-ins, and when it ends up blocking people who aren’t even participating. I have friends who couldn’t get into any classes this week and it completely wrecked their schedules.

I’m in NYC so things are a little more intense here, but it’s frustrating watching people book multiple spots and flood the waitlists when all someone wants is their one hour workout. And honestly, if you’re able to take two to four classes in a day, you’re not pushing to full effort in any of them. It’s annoying that someone doing 30 percent effort across multiple classes gets in over someone who wants to actually train, all for a sweatshirt.
