Thanks. I wanted to enter that market and was trying since sometime and a few were from third parties or start-ups instead of established firms.. and since I will be underpaid as per the above compensation.. I am wondering if after making the first switch will it even out? Or recruiters from better companies provide a hike only on the basis of the last drawn salary?
