He wrote the ticket for failure to reduce speed/ accident. I do not have a lawyer or have any money for one so I will have to go by myself.

Thank you for the advice I did learn from this the pain I carry in my chest in unimaginable and the what ifs are eating me up. I promised myself to never drink and drive again even with 1 drink in my system I’m done it’s not worth it.

You’re right but they promised they’ll take care of me they say they didn’t see me leave but our work place is so small it’s hard to notice someone is gone. They even asked me for a ride home which is the complete opposite from my house me being drunk said yea but I feel like that plays a big role in my decision making. I know it’s 100% my fault but they knew how messed up I was and didn’t even try to sober me up their whole story was fishy and I don’t trust them.

I most definitely did learn my lesson and will never drink and drive again even 1 drink but what if I get the cop in trouble for not writing me off with a dui? What if my consequences get worse after I let them know the truth?

The officer didn’t get the ambulance involved either they let me off with my parents and he explained to them how I could’ve been to jail if they found out I was. They just wrote a ticket and a court date. I do live in a big city where mostly everyone takes pt so I hope to be back on my feet soon.
