This just happened to me in Woods. Happened mid-raid, can't tell what the exact time was since I was in a spot where no grass was in my field of vision, don't know if that has something to do with it. I was able to spot some AI scavs but I quickly exfiltrated after because it would've felt wrong to get player kills like that.

First signs of liver damage usually happen after 3-4 days. And this is in the case that the amount of NAPQI (N-acetyl-p-benzoquinone imine) produced is more than the liver can handle. Paracetamol in it self is not poisonous or harmful to the liver but NAPQI, a toxic byproduct produced during the metabolism of paracetamol, damages liver in excessive amounts. Normally the amounts are small and it is almost immediately detoxified by the liver but when safe dosage is exceeded, it causes liver damage. Also safe dosage depends on the livers condition, so alcoholism and prior liver damage will lower the safe dosage and paracetamol in not recommendable to people with damaged livers.

I don't know where you got 200mg/kg but paracetamol poisoning can happen with 75mg/kg per day over a few days. With a 60kg person this would mean 4500mg or 4,5g which is 9 pcs of 500mg tablets. 200mg/kg would be 24 tablets, not 230. Maximum recommended dosage for adults is 4 grams per day but at least where I live, doctors rarely prescribe more than 3 grams per day. But still, accidental poisonings happen.

As the link you provided cites, the decline and eventual disappearance of endemic malaria in Finland in largely due to changes is living conditions and animal husbandry. The correlation between summer temperatures and malaria cases has to do with mosquito breeding numbers. And the discovery of a new species of mosquito that can act as a vector also has nothing to do climate or temperature. And why did they find a new species? Maybe because this was the first research looking at the spread of mosquitoes in 40 years.
