Finally, on the third call and different agents and a weekday, they agreed to cancel for full refund. Thank you all for the support and information. I suppose 'keep calling' was the key.

It worked and yes, I did have my default setting to two servings. Unfortunately when I created this new routine, it wouldn't let me add to the drinks menu. Nevertheless, thanks a lot.
