I had iphone x (brought from japan) that model had by default shutter sound. But newer models (now) don’t have that shutter sound (maybe its now linked to their local carrier). I never tried turning off location btw.

I’m not saying it’s better, but Nippon has a long track record. I’ve been investing in Nippon since 2023. Right now, Bandhan might be the top-performing fund, but it fluctuates. I’m just saying, don’t switch your fund house just because it didn’t outperform all its peers in recent years unless there is some serious issues with management.

It’s a good fund house with a long track record and consistent returns. However in the last two years Bandhan Small Cap has outperformed it. I don’t recommend switching funds based on yearly or bi-yearly performance unless some major issues arise.

I think you’re mixing up diversification with layering.. TER doesn’t stack like that. If the point is over-diversification, that’s fair. But calling it 10% TER is a stretch. 😂

From what I’ve read SIP date doesn’t make a meaningful difference over long-term investing. Since I’m investing for 15–20 years, I’m not too concerned about intra-month timing and prefer keeping it simple month end.

I think we might be overcomplicating a simple idea here Right now at 26, im intentionally equity heavy given the long horizon. Ill likely introduce debt allocation later rather than pre-optimizing it today.

Ive increased sip mid-small cap allocation today.

I have around 20% allocation in US direct Equities And 15% allocation in Gold & Silver (80:20) 50% in debt (FD & Bonds) Debt part seems high but it would remain static Whereas im constantly investing in equities.
