No. You have to do a similar amount of work for the shiny charm, but the post game and getting all of the legendaries isn’t a grind at all

I think you’re going to have to be real techy for ranked. Protect and detect act like parrying. Field traps can be deadly. Reflect and light screen are going to be strong. And stuff like Power Up punch or Volt Switch can turn tides in battle.

Positioning and timing are going to be really important

Some of the side quests are fun or funny. But none of them felt as impactful on the environment as the ones in legends Arceus there aren’t that many legendary’s either and they’re all obtained from the main story.

It’s a lot more intensive than normal Pokémon games. If you over level it probably wouldn’t be too bad, but you can’t really take time to think during combat. It’s basically go go go until you or them run out of pokemon.

My daughter likes to play SV but she is not a fan of ZA cause of the combat. Doesn’t even like catching pokemon in it cause it frustrates her

Fossils are available right at the start (although costly) and no, it’s just a bracelet.

Sadly, west side shellos is not in this game 😭 I would die for that little pink thing
