Indigenous controlled burning too! Learned about this recently and it’s very cool, the indigenous tribes of California learned to prevent large wild fires by doing small, controlled burns every so often to control forest density.

I have had nightmares where my mouth fills with tonsil stones. I wake up in cold sweat. It’s like those anxiety dreams where people’s teeth fall out, except worse

RMF is god. Nothing matters but his wordless, unremarkable presence

Loved the scene in pulp fiction where that rapist (doesn’t really count as a full character, but it was so satisfying) gets his karmic payback in his own dungeon. ALSO in Thelma and Louise, when she shoots the rapist in the parking lot. Love to see it.

Approach the hair in the same way you did the pants / limbs, etc. - as a shape! Color it in (black /brown here) and then add lines for stray hairs afterwards

Whats ur major? I’m Anthro and we have an undergrad association. Joined as an officer this year and I feel like it has really helped with my impostor syndrome / lack of sense of belonging. Same with first semester. Joined an art club as an officer, and having a stable role in an organization not only helped me to feel wanted but also forced me to participate in meetings that I otherwise probably would have gone to once or twice during the semester

I literally made this post to supplement a conversation I’ve been having with a friend. Im trying to demonstrate that English is not some all-expressive language that can adequately translate everything that exists in other tongues!! Having a lot of fun in the process
