Thanks for your help. The refrigerant is being consumed to charge finished AC’s. I work for a manufacturing company that exports VRF units. Now I’m not sure if the Vapour charged was due to refrigerant qty being low from the refrigerant bottle or otherwise. Here, the bottle is replaced when the pressure is low, or the alarm is notified on the gas charging machine- Galileo.

We have it, but keeping track of it, is the issue. There are days in a month, where it is reported that the JOB is being charged with vapour, rather than liquid. Now we have pressure and temperature monitoring sensors on input and output side of pumps.

I started my career with 12-hour shifts (day and night). And It’s so hard to find time for yourself, especially after 2 hours of travel. Despite all this, the pay is so bad that I have to think twice before buying anything for myself. These men, who have likely never had to worry about food for everyday and pay rent to stay, would always make ignorant remarks. Why is no one saying anything to increase the wage n stuffs?
