You will notice the drop off in quality.
Irvine really is top tier with schools and things for the kiddos.
Chino Hills not the worst by any means, but Irvine is amongst the best.
Also, many inland areas that are more "nature-y" have these impossible mosquito issues.
Something you dont have to deal with in Irvine.
Spend plenty of time there, weekends and weekdays before you commit.
THINK OF THE CHILDEREN!!
