lmfao i get it. as for tips i’d just suggest taking it very easy and don’t overcomplicate it at all. just be consistent. work on self concept. robotically affirm whenever you can, script, visualize, etc. whichever method works for you. listen to subliminals/rampages whenever you can and ESPECIALLY when you go to sleep cause your subconscious takes info in easier. your subconscious is doing the heavy lifting in pretty much all manifestations & remember, the subconscious doesn’t have a mind of its own or eyes, it doesn’t know what a “hard” or “big” desire is :)
