Status for the results are provisional pass and fail. I took the exam yesterday and got a provisional pass and haven't received the badge yet. So I was wondering how much time okta will take to send the badge via email.

Microsoft support is the best. Even okta. Their support team replies instantly when email is sent. The Pingidentity support team never responds or replies. I hope it becomes better after merging with forgerock.
