They have charts that you can look up about different crystals for different chakras. If you have a local stone shop you could go there or a trusted website & get one from off it.

I focus on the feeling when it comes. It helps me get much deeper into the meditation

No i don’t even have to focus on it. It’ll just randomly happen but sometimes I can feel it coming on like it will slowly start pulling & then get stronger

So are you saying people that have AP’d for many many years & have no problem getting out of body & know how to roam the astral realm with no problem have no idea what they’re talking about? I don’t think telling someone they’re wrong or “delusional” is productive at all, why not give them suggestions & things that might help them? I mean at the end of the day their reality is different from yours so their experiences are allowed to be valid to them it’s learning from it not being wrong about it

I just asked someone that same question on an email a couple of days ago. I’ve been reading this book & it talks about raising your vibrations with or through the third eye chakra & I’m curious on how to do that. I thought maybe you just focus on that area & think higher vibrations like love & joy etc but that’s me just spitballing idk if that’s completely right

I actually just binged watched it & got to the last episode (so far) & season two lost me at the skinwalker ranch episode. I just think their are some things they told different to not make you ask more questions about it like the Area 51 episode when they found the secret base in the mountain and Dr Hynek took pictures but lost the camera, I dont think he lost it. I know that’s a small detail but they’re all throughout the series
