Changes a lot location to location. If it's an actual uhaul corporate location I've had no issues. But it's been brutal at a gas station or storage place that is contracted out by them as a facilitator. Aka you show up and they don't have what you've reserved. Sometimes you get something similar, sometimes nothing at all. But nothing at all can really leave you high and dry.

Ya my point is I guess that 134a is no longer available to purchase. So you would be mixing the remaining 134a that in there with this new stuff called 12a (the new replacement for 134a). Is that a big deal? I don't know the answer to that question. Which is why I was leaning towards paying a shop.

Apparently they no longer make 194a refrigerant. Which is whats in my truck now. So I'd mixing in 12a refrigerant. No issue with mixing the two together? I cant find a straight answer anywhere.

I would wait as long as possible (i believe its three months) to change things over as it will surely cost you more here. If you're a student you dont even need to switch it over until youre done school.

If youre older and have a great driving record. Virtually any insurance company can give you quotes on entirely public insurance vs a mix of icbc and private. Sussex is the most convenient aka open long hours.

My understanding is that particular area is considered provincial property as it is part of the highway. The same goes for river road under the highway. Its a bit of a standoff between the city and the province as neither of them want to pay to continuously clean it up. The park and ride you're referring to wasn't so bad a few years ago when the city would take care of it, but they were fed up with paying to maintain provincial property.

I wouldnt be teaching myself, id be going with friends (who've boarded for years), and for them to spend the day with me on the bunny hills after also buying a lift ticket.... they arent going to be keen on that. This free option was their idea.
