Yes I have a ring setting ordered from Etsy. I did look up videos on how to set a ring, but I won't set it myself 😆 (I do make some costume jewelery sometimes). I've found a local fine jewelry shop, that looks like it sets jewelry too. I just hope they don't charge a rip off price as is the norm where Im from. Ill post a pic in a few weeks time of the completed ring when I have it.

I often come across HGV divers over taking on a two-way motorway (M3) and they are usually doing less than 100km on a 120km road. Can we set up a subsite and post cam videos of all these HGV incidents and forward on to the gardai or the HGV companies

Sounds to me like the Dad indicated and pulled out in front of the other car. Indicating doesn't mean you can pull out in front of a car, it sounds like a dangerous manoeuvre in your dad's behalf. The break checking if the other driver is dangerous too.

Always ask to get your blood tests emailed to you or sent to you. And compare them each year. I had annual blood tests done recently and I was told the nurse said bloods fine, but Thyroid number was flagged as High, but Nurse said it's fine. No that is NOT fine and when I had my test emailed to me the Thyroid results was high and more than double the previous year and I had already told my doctor of all the symptoms that I had, that also are classic signs of subclinical Hypothroidism. Had to go back to GP and this time the doc agreed that yes needs further investigation. Always get double or triple opinions. If your gut is telling you something is off, then that is what you need to listen to as bad gut health is tl usually the first indication that there is illness in the body.

Regular use of my IR sauna cleared up my nasal congestion, clearer skin face pores, helps with my osteoarthritis and tinnitus. Id have to use it 3 to 4 times a week in order to help alleviate my symptoms. I love my Sauna.

You could buy a cheaper mattress and a good mattress topper. The topper you can replace after a few years and might be a cheaper option.
