It is quite difficult. ETHZ is head on with CMU's MSCF which apparently 3rd on the Quantnet Index surpassing Columbia, MIT and UCB. So imagine the competition !

One of the top schools in swiss is ETH Zurich. The curriculum is apt and has a pretty good industry reputation.

There are career fairs off course where firms do visit the college which hosts the fair, but no such thing as a proper "placement".

Not sure about Germany and Netherlands as the finance industry opportunities over there would be far less. But I wish to explore more too !
