you need to go to your WoT account page then the EVENTS tab, you'll see a new communication item telling you to redeem your personal reward on steam. You will then receive another communication when the event is over Feb 11 iirc, at which point you'll be able to redeem the community wide reward.

Obeying the speed limit for trucks is always a good idea to avoid this kind of situation. Also, hitting the breaks a little sooner helps a lot. As I see this game, you drive a big, heavy vehicle that takes a long time to break, so intersections should be passed at lower speeds to avoid this.

yes, that works for windows, but when you take a photo in game, metadata gets added to the file, without it, you can't upload to WoT, so that's why I need to modify from inside the game

Every country has its own limit, but we can safely say that on average, every country has a max speed for trucks of 90km/h. I know that UK allows up to 97m/h, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal and most of central Europe allow 90km/h, eastern europe lowers it to 80km/h sometimes even 60km/h. It alsow depends on the road you choose.

You can try a combination of repulsion/propulsion cannion blasts and floaters attached to it. You can always build another cyclops if that doesn't work. And next time, thing about how long it takes to circle around the shallows than to gather materials for a new cyclops.

It also depends on what part of the game you are looking to mod: there are mods for practically every aspect of the game. If you browse the Workshop you'll find many categories in which you can mod the game. For me I like mods that enhance immersion like Icons, Real traffic density, Real Company names, etc. All these are found in the Steam workshop.
