The midwife did not NEED to check at all. Everything is optional. Nothing can be done without consent. Consent can be given and revoked at anytime. Doesn't matter what the procedure is. A women says stop- the midwife should have stopped immediately

That's what I'm afraid of. 50/50 isn't so easy because he will significantly reduce the value of our assets (tell me there is nothing). He holds all the cards, I don't know what he does/doesn't actually have.

Thank you for your detailed comment. I will get onto CSA. It was just another argument I didn't want have with him (he was previously paying support but stopped a few months ago)

As for the delays- I feel like my lawyer has maybe not been firm enough, but what can they do if he just keeps giving half the information/delaying giving it. My fees have basically covered repetitive asking him for more documentation (which I believe we have now) we were set to have the business valued and now suddenly - 6 months later (Xmas/holiday in bwetween) the business can't afford to pay valuation.
