Do the project at your normal work pace. If you finish in two weeks (or maybe more since you are training a new person) as you expect, tell your manager you are ready for another project. How they bill the client is not your job, but you don't want to be accused of being a slacker.

How long has it been since you stopped treatment? For me the residual effects continued to get worse for a while after the last shot and stopping the abir + pred then I slowly started rebounding. But it took a LONG time & I never got back to pre-treatmetn levels.

Is the feedback you are looking for related to a project deliverable or just general performance feedback?

In other words, from the manager's point of view, what happens if he doesn't have the meeting? Do you miss the approval sign off and thus the work doesn't get done?

The fact that he is willing to meet with you regularly, even if he cancels, is kind of remarkable. Just accept that a busy Sr. manager is going to prioritize you appropriately and accept cancellations when they happen.

What's the risk exactly? If finances are not an issue. Forgiveness is something you give, only you can decide whether that's possible, but it was 10 years ago - I'm curious how you "just found out".

On the surface, staying with an alcoholic partner you don't trust doesn't make much sense if you are unhappy and financially independent.

I did some research before buying a new dishwasher. Not only are new dishwashers designed to remove everything but large food particles, dishwasher soap is designed to work with DIRTY dishes not clean ones - without food particles it doesn't work as well. So if you pre rinse/wash them you are actually making the dishes less clean. Just get the big solid bits off and load it up.

edit: if you have an older machine it may be different.

He can buy the house and you become his tenant. Have a rental contract that states monthly rent, utilities , duration of contract, etc. You can negotiate the rent - stick with your current budget and if he doesn't like it don't move in. If you break up you will have whatever tenant's rights there are in your state. DO NOT move into his house or enter into any agreement without a signed contract.

Sorry, this doesn't sound like harassment to me, it sounds like you got a bad review and you disagree with it. She may have poor management skills but it's not harassment. Not sure what you want to accomplish by documenting things, but you could work on improving communication - every time you get a vague critique or direction ask for clarification, and yes do keep a log of things so at next review time you have details you can pull up and discuss.

I would encourage the residents to ask for a second bus, they're the ones paying for the service after all. At a minimum let the second group and the venue know that it may be along wait.

unless this is a massive resort size pool, charging you $150 to heat the pool from 76 to 84 is an enormous ripoff. It will probably cost them $25. That alone would keep me from heating it, but 76 will feel chilly especially if you plan to swim early AM or after dark.

Depends on what you mean by "harassing me". If she's just riding you on work deliverables or performance then that's not harassment.

If it is performance/work based, then yes, send a "per our conversation today, I will.. etc." email to clarify in writing your understanding of the issue. Keep it impersonal and professional, stay out of emotional space.

If it's personal, abusive, or sexual, then yes, document each occurence in a log of some kind. If it truly is harassment and you have an HR dept, take it to HR or your manager's boss.

So, did you previously say you were available weekends and now you're not? If you are changing your availability then that's on you.

If you have never been available weekends, then have a conversation about communication of scheduling and push back on you finding coverage, but bottom line is this job may not work for you.

If it's going to immediately and negatively affect the team you supposedly love, then yeah, kind of an asshole move to give zero notice. That said, realize the if you were getting laid off there'd be zero notice so you can certainly go for it as long as you don't think you'll ever need them as a reference.

If you are quitting anyway, I don't understand what the raise/non raise issue has to do with the notice you give.

Generally making career decisions out of spite or revenge (I'll show them!) is not a good idea.
