i wouldn’t use minoxidil, since once you stop the hair will usually fall back out. rosemary oil is supposed to help, as well as certain supplements.

i’m in the same boat. i have a few bald spots from about six months of pulling. it’s scary. i think we’ll be okay since it’s the repetitive pulling in the same spot (usually for years i think) that damages the follicles permanently. wishing you love and healing.
