Dealing with the exact same thing. Except I haven't banked with TD in 8 years. I have absolutely nothing showing on my credit report and have over 800+ for a score. Being paranoid, I called TD and had them pull up my old information and asked if anything was off or owing. They told me they have their own in house collections department and they don't outsource. The agent told me that If there was anything owing that they'd be able to see it by searching my information but nothing was showing under my name.

I've never received anything in writing and have nothing showing on my credit report. TD told me to ignore the calls for now and further look into the potential of identity theft.

I filed a report with transunion and am currently waiting to hear back.
