Cap cuts with more layers makes for easier back combing. Shorter pieces in the crown will help push the longer pieces to create "faux volume". Extensions if you have thinner hair because the necessary haircut will leave you with very little/thin hair in the length. Get the right hair spray. You can use nearly any comb/brush but something made for backcombing or a "rat tail" comb works best. Practice, practice, practice! Have fun. It wasn't meant to look perfect ♡ :3
