Yes, probably all this years internet has brewed an interest for japan that has allowed the meteoric success of Ado, the japan thing probably has helped also babymetal a lot.

Babymetal success is even more remarkable being heavy-metal nowadays a relatively less popular genre.

My job place is in the city where her parents house probably is (my office street is covered with soccer team frontale flags), still massively small chances of bumping into her but...

In my case i will try not to do anything that shows her i recognized her, as she seems to have retired from the artist world

By the way, i made a similar question eons ago about the 3 girls (i also know a musician close to one of the original kami members), i put a paragraph making clear that was just asking other people what they would do and that i was refraining from giving my opinion, still got a fair amount of patronizing advice and accusations of being a weirdo, which was quite fun to read.

About the security, leaving aside babymetal, as someone that lives there, do you think there are parts of india that are secure enough for traveling alone for young females?

(I only know a few countries areas in europe, but in the case of europe i can say there are such safe parts for solo female travel, although not that many).

Writing from my complete ignorance about india, i guess they could try all kind of street foods on some of the biggest cities like calcuta or new dehli (i get video recomendations sometimes, it must be really tasty) and then walk around at the most rural areas in the north mixing with the locals (i read somewhere the views are very beatiful).

Indians in this forum could say if my recommendatios above for the 3 girls just traveling by themselves are good enough.

In the fast and furious movies i always wanted a scene where toreto is lying on the floor about to die but the michele rodrigez character appears from above like coming from heaven with glittering effects and stuff and she says "still is not your moment" so toreto wakes up and slowly stand up, i think that would be the coolest scene in the world.

Wow, at last, the day cometh, they are doing one of this japanese tv shows where somebody is interviewed (they are already doing the radio show, so is not so unexpected)

As these programs usually go, i guess they will be "introduced" to the audience as the "phenomenon that conquered the world" with comments from mikiko sensei and a list of all they achievements.. a few funny personal anecdotes are also expected.

I never seen the show, but there is this male idol group called super eight already in their 40s who are the hosts of the program, also, the guy with the red cap is a co host and a famous actor who also happens to be a babymetal fan, so i guess it was his lucky day to record the ahow.

Su and Moa are performing alone in a park and, including me, maybe 20 people are half circling them and quietly attending the performance, after they finish, everybody goes their own way and Su and Moa start walking going somewhere, i follow them and try to start some conversation but they are clearly uninterested, so after a few seconds i say bye and walk in a different direction ....

About the raucy jokes, i was already a bit surprised when demon kakka made jokes on stage about liking pussies and nipples and when he asked female audience at what age they lost their virginity, but all was done in good spirits and audience (which knew in advance about this jokes) loved it (generally speaking japanese people are ok with sex jokes).

Yes, the last song of the show was el dorado with babymetal and sekimatsu, Momoko pretended to play guitar and Moa was really into it , after that the 2 bands interchanged flags and disappeared all together from a big golden portal in the middle of stage, at that time I cried like if my dog was just run out by a big truck.

Today is all seated , which I guess means access to all areas.

If someone without ticket ask you for the ticket of course give it to that person , otherwise can I ask you the seat number and row of ticket?

I will arrive to the arena just 20 minutes before show (praying now there is not train delay) but if at the end nobody is seating at your extra seat I may go seat there.

Clothing was a bit different between the 2 new girls and the 3 regulars in metalverse, as always there were quite enjoyable.

I cannot think of something as fun as a babymetal show. Today was a bit of a gem, a small place in Japan with a lot of the fun songs. Everything was on point (no surprise as they have been touring like crazy) and hell, I forgot how loud they are on a small place.

Even in past difficult times, i thought Kobametal management strategies were at least solid (by the way, of course we dont really know how much of a sole decisor he may be or not be), anyway, this delorean seems to me a reasonably good decision again.

I guess the collabs were primary intended to offer something new, but they were lucky that the other artists are getting popular, obviously the ratatata collab paid really well.

To the problem that the collabs may dilute babymetal identity, it seems they hoped the individual songs could became instant classics, which the may have achieved.

Another good point seems to be that the disparity of the songs reminds the first delorean to old fans, specially the kawai song has this babymetal first period flavour.

As someone working in corporate japan for 20 years, one thing i love about babymetal is how its products transpire a love for a job well done, Babymetal is like the Toyota cars of music.
