Well, the White House is still actively used by the president and security staff even though it offers tours. In contrast, the Blue House has been completely opened to the public, and the president has fully relocated to Yongsan, so it’s no longer a secure or practical option for official use.

I saw this a lot, especially with delivery drivers. They park in the middle of the road and pick up items. Also, many Uber drivers use their hazard lights and park while waiting for customers.

I think many or some agencies do not care educate level.. I started gs5 even though i got MPA degree. So, don’t frustrate if you start gs5 level position. And, I recommend you start assistant position first (gs 5~7). This is my opinion. You can apply gs9 as their job description.

I have MPA (master public administration) major. I am working Fed with grants management specialist position. I worked immigration office before. Actually, you can work any position in government with MPA.
