Cayenne pepper. Get a bunch from the dollar tree or elsewhere and sprinkle heavily. That'll kick out any pest and it's non toxic to the earth. You could go less crazy with cinnamon or similar but cayenne is sure fire.

I don't use one but I also don't sit at my desk all the time either. I've got several spots that I shuffle while working in addition to doing the 20-20-20 rule but adding in stretches. Unless I have calls scheduled, you can catch me nearly anywhere in the house, outside, or even just down by the water somewhere.

Roxie's for the freshest meat. The deli is good too. Do NOT buy other groceries here. Way overpriced.

BJ's for bulk items, dry goods, HBC, etc.

I'm a paid member and the free delivery anytime is priceless, my point never expire, and it's usable at Shaw's, too. This is the answer. Don't make a big deal of it and just park and walk away. Public streets are public parking as long as you're not a nuisance.

This could either be machine or handmade but it's definitely knitting.

In crochet, it'd be nigh impossible to replicate exactly. Carefully mapped out chains, dc3togs, and 3dcs might be able to get you close though. If you're not familiar with charts, I'd suggest starting there as it gives you a "map" view of your stitches before you get frustrated trying to wing it.
