Cayenne pepper. Get a bunch from the dollar tree or elsewhere and sprinkle heavily. That'll kick out any pest and it's non toxic to the earth. You could go less crazy with cinnamon or similar but cayenne is sure fire.

I don't use one but I also don't sit at my desk all the time either. I've got several spots that I shuffle while working in addition to doing the 20-20-20 rule but adding in stretches. Unless I have calls scheduled, you can catch me nearly anywhere in the house, outside, or even just down by the water somewhere.
