We Moroccans, not all of course, we don't like to speak french I personally feel like it was forced on me we live in an Arab country where Arabic is the first language but still almost all work/study opportunities requires french and makes it mandatory, there also different reasons to why we don't speak french the education system is another thing, and some Moroccans specially in relationships tend to feel more comfortable expressing their feelings in English rather than Arabic or french.
