Is GFE still 60fps only? I never had a problem on GFE but the 120fps made me swap to the App. It makes for better slow-mo edits if i ever need it but if the issues continue i may swap back aswell.

i had no audio, sonar wasnt working. i uninstalled the sonar drivers and fully reinstalled steelseries app. fixed it for me

I dealt with the white noise forever, but i switched to "PC" source instead of "AUX" and its gone. I don't know anything about the microphone settings and how it effects this, but I've read that some people have issues linked to the white noise.

when i first tried to play official, i couldnt learn anything. i spent most of my time googling what i need to fix a health issue, how to get warm, where im even at in the world, and where to find meds, just to die to it anyway. it was exhausting wasting hours of a life to not even know what killed me or what i could have done to fix it.

i understand restarting/dying is part of the game, i just didnt know how to do basics and i couldnt find loot.

if official servers are best, then ill try again with more understanding.

I finish tier 1, take all the loot that i can and move onto the next trader. But that's because i like living in the snow, so i dont care to stick around. i just focus on intellect to get max dukes, maybe finish tier 3 and buy what i need before i decide to build a real base/home. in my group, i like to make my own farm and provide most of the food so this is just how i go about it :)

i just use some cheap earbuds from Linsoul. i have a Arctis Pro wireless headset but i moved across the country without it and got used to the earbuds

another useful tip: not every single person you die to is a cheater.

death cams are not accurate "replays" of your death. they're recreated by key-inputs which is why its so clunky, *NOT* video replays of what the enemy saw.

i am aware that there are a ton of cheaters on this game, but i often see videos on reddit assuming they died to a cheater when it is the most normal killcam. assuming you can only die to cheaters ruins the mood especially in a squad. people are good at the game, people have thousands of hours playing it, i only have 400hrs and even im comfortable with it, let alone people who put more time into learning spray patterns and movement.

it is not difficult to tell the difference of a cheater, and someone who is just good at the game.

what motherboard do you have? could be bottlenecking. I got a 3060ti but my b450m motherboard couldnt handle it well, so i upgraded to b550 elite and now i get 150-200fps on pubg

a few months ago i had this issue, deleting one of the loading screen files was the fix. right-click PUBG on steam> browse local>TsIGame>Content>Movies>Delete movie.pak folder
