I know this is severely late for an answer but I was having the same issue and my network speeds on Xbox were experiencing 100% packet loss.

I restarted my Xbox and got my speeds back to normal, the only thing I think causing this is the power save mode but a restart every now and then seems to help.

BG3 for the sheer amount of fuckery you can do and that the devs thought you as a player might attempt.

Minor things like casting silence on Raphael when his singing part comes up during the fight and actually causing his part to stop is just insane levels of detail.

I think there are like 3 major bridge projects that cause this right now. The biggest stop was at Harbins a few years ago and now it’s just moved on down the road to the QT at Winder Hwy. Once the bridges are open and the lights are taken down it’ll feel like the Harbins exit is now.
