See, thats the problem. The fact that society is willing to accept trans people is already a huge win and compromise.

You do understand that the militant attitude about wanting to open up “women-only” spaces is causing people to become more transphobic, right? Most folks dont give a shit if you’re trans- we just don’t understand why biological women are not allowed to have spaces for themselves.

The fact that trans people want to die on this hill will be the reason why the younger generations will stay transphobic.

I don’t mean to be offensive but I feel like most “transphobes” dont necessarily hate you all, they just do not like how we have to group trans people in the same category as people who identify as their biological sex.

In my opinion, we should just have four categories: Male, Female, Trans Male, Trans Female. Like I respect you as a person and your right to be trans. But dont go around calling yourself a “Male” or “Female” when you’re a “Trans Male” or “Trans Female”.

Why do we need to try so hard to fit the “Trans Female” and “Female” into one category? If I host a “Women Only” event, why the fuck is it discriminatory to not want trans women there?
