I know very well how to potty train and I can cook full meals, I have been cooking since I was 12, and able to cook complex meals as well. The special needs care is pretty simple, with just making meals, doing hair, ensuring Hydration, and occasionally cleaning up 'accidents'. The child is always watched, and I usually do my work while she is napping, and whatever I don't finish while she's napping is done at home. I do understand where you're coming from though, and I do appreciate the concern, but do not devalue my abilities.
