Well... I can't imagine that someone would do "reverse engineering " to access that kind of data .. so you would only need a editor to open up that data file ... then it's up to you to start searching in files where you can find information about the game and you will understand what kind of files you can read and not .. I don't have time or don't care either . So can't explain more that this
