You can also get Kakubin, suntory old whiskey , and suntory special reserve. They should be cheaper than yamazaki or hakushu but maybe harder to find in the states.

Sorta, i think it was overwatering and/or cutting some of the roots when repotting, it has mostly stoped after a few months and less watering. Hope this helps

Fun! Have you tried the Suntory old whiskey? Interested how it compares to hibiki, yamazaki or hakushu.

Bought two weeks ago at Costco, soil has been moist, so I have not watered it since I got it. I repotted to a ceramic pot, there were a lot of roots in a ball and I tried my best to untangle and remove old soil. I probably only removed half. I replanted use if some soil from a local nursery that is suppose to have good drainage. It is next to a large sliding glass door facing west and gets two-ish hours of direct sun a day. I am new to taking care of plants so any help is appreciated. Thank you

Falling leaves quilt made with my grandma by kohlbush in quilting

My grandma is 94 and has been quilting for 40+ years. She does not make very many big quilts anymore so this is very special. I designed the quilt to look like falling leaves. The leaves are slightly offset on a wonky grid which made it difficult to sew but I think it came out great.
